If you select to pay by a Credit Card – PLEASE NOTE there is a bank fee of $4.95 per payment and the maximum payment allowed is $750.00.

If you choose to pay by check there is NO BANK FEE – PLEASE NOTE –  double check your bank account and routing numbers are entered correctly.
