GROUNDWATER REMEDIATOR:

Remediation Rate:    $ 1.98 per 1,000 Gallons

MINIMUM/BASE CHARGES – ALL CLASSES:

Notwithstanding any of the schedules contained herein to the contrary, the minimum base quarterly charge for any service unit connected to the Authority’s Sanitary Sewer System shall be $ 142.77, which equates to 17,394 gallons for commercial and industrial users.

Sewer charges commence on the installation date of the water meter.

CONNECTION FEES:

The initial service charge shall be at the rate of $ 4,842.00.

Affordable housing projects built by public Housing Authorities and non-profit organizations, will as of January 26, 2005, have a 50% reduction in connection fees, as defined in N.J.S.A. 40:14B-22.3 will be $ 2,421.00.

All applications for individual lots shall pay a $ 150.00 application fee and a $ 65.00 inspection fee prior to connection into the Authority’s street sewer.

CHARGES FOR SERVICE, LABOR, AND MATERIAL BY THE AUTHORITY:

The following schedule of charges shall be imposed for any repairs or work completed by the Authority:

Use of Vactor or Jetter Truck:  $ 250.00 per hour

Dump Truck:    $ 100.00 per hour

Service/Pick-up Truck:   $ 100.00 per hour

Labor shall be charged to conform with the standard prevailing hourly rate:

Laborer:        $ 84.00 per hour

Foreman:       $ 121.00 per hour

The above labor rates will be charged at time and one-half after 3:30 p.m. and Saturday, and double time for Sunday.

The Authority, upon request of the Owner, shall provide an estimate of total cost of the repairs, which shall be binding upon the Authority for a period of one (1) month from the date of the estimate.

Televising Lines:  Labor, Equipment, and Material  shall be in the amount

of $ 2,800.00 per day.

FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL INDIVIDUAL SEWER LATERAL CONNECTIONS:

Application Fee:     $ 150.00

Inspection Fee:       $ 65.00

Connection Fee:      $ 4,842.00 per EDCU

SEPTIC TANK CLEANING SERVICE RATES:

Residential, one truck load, 1,500 gallons:    $ 315.00

Residential, additional loads, up to max of 3 in 30-day period per EDCU:

$ 175.00

Commercial, one truck load, 1,500 gallons:   $ 315.00

Commercial, additional load or loads:    $ 260.00

This service will be available to all residents of Old Bridge Township except where sanitary sewerage is available.  All cleanout traps must be exposed by the customer.

The charges for tank cleaning service shall be paid at the time the service is performed.  The above rates are paid for 1st shift work only, and one and a half times the above costs will apply for 2nd shift work, and double for 3rdshift work.
